Mr. Romain Mukengela KALANDA heads the Embassy of the DRC in the Czech Republic. He works to strengthen diplomatic, economic and cultural relations between the DRC and the Czech Republic.

- Represent the DRC to the Czech government
- Protect the interests of Congolese nationals in Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Promote bilateral relations DRC and Czech Republic
- Provide consular services
